DOSING CHART FOR ACETAMINOPHEN (TYLENOL) to be given every 4 hours as needed.

Infant Acetaminophen comes in two different concentrations. Please check the concentration of your child’s medication (8.0mg/0.8ml vs. 160mg/5ml) and use our dosing sheet accordingly.
